Sweet Companies, managed to exceed my expectations, I am a highly demanding person, so I still surprise myself, beyond that I always go for more, I never stay in one place, so I want this company to continue expanding, improving processes and services that we offer, devising and capturing what families want and look for. My mind is always later evaluating and creating new projects, and seeking to improve. Project a new branch in Europe, and if I have to continue visualizing my company, I see it in the future of my daughters, in principle of the largest and after the hand of the twins, which today are girls. I want this company to be their legacy, each one always with their profession, but that they can take care of it and continue with the way they decide.

What are your differentials in the field?

This company provides a unique service in the market, the difference is from the moment zero, which goes from the professional, the incomparable work behind, the level of demand of the personnel that make up our staff, the personalized service we provide, in the care we granted to each family, client and the employees, while mentioning the life guarantee that we offer with the security that sweet companies aims to always help the families in the long term.

If you started again, what would you do differently?

It would be more selective and not so confident in terms of customers and employees. I do not work today if I do not analyze and evaluate the entire context. I seek harmony, warmth, optimal results, good treatment respect, honesty and good faith, about all things and we always find it. The fact of being so correct, confident and honest has harmed me, on opportunities they have tried to get dirty for free and paid a high price, so it is very important to know who to work with, either by talking about the internal staff of the company, in each department, to the clients, families with whom I work with all my dedication, love and professionalism.

I cannot talk about the fact that I would change the improvement of the service because when I started it was young, on the way one is learning, forming, as I do every day, incorporating continuous improvement.
