At the Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) there is a change in the management of the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland): Linda Hoeck takes over the General Management Dach on July 1, 2025 and follows Maike Kiessling, which-after almost 20 years in the company and more than four in the beauty industry-retired at the end of the 2024/25 financial year.

Linda Hoeck – also part of the Estée Lauder Companies for over 20 years – has practiced central management positions in the areas of retail, education and brand management at ELC. Most recently, as Commercial Director Dach, she was responsible for the region’s trademark and channel and channel. In her new role, she will further focus on local relevance, commercial excellence and consumer: internal centering.

The change of management falls into a phase in which the Estée Lauder Companies strategically focus on the future with the global transformation program Beauty Beauty. The aim is to strengthen the company through stronger consumers: internal orientation, faster innovation cycles as well as targeted investments in brands, markets and media in the long term and to secure profitable growth.

“I am really looking forward to this new task – especially now that we sharpen our strategic focus, even closer to our consumers: move inside and want to become more agile and networked as an organization,” says Linda Hoeck. “What drives me is the conviction that real closeness – to teams, markets and our trading partner: inside – is the key to sustainable growth. In my previous role, I have experienced what it takes to effectively translate strategic goals into everyday life. On the strong foundation that Maike has created together with the teams, I look forward to giving new impulses and our unique brand portfolio in to continue to successfully position a dynamic market environment. “

Maike Kiessling, who actively accompanies the transition until the end of June, has shaped the roof region of the Estée Lauder Companies as a leading prestige-beauty company-especially by the successful strategic merging of the three markets into an integrated organization in February of this year.

“For me, the Estée Lauder Companies were much more than a job – they were my professional home, a design room and a place. For me, a natural time has now come to pass on responsibility – with deep trust in the organization and what is ahead of us,” said Maike Kiessling. “In this dynamic industry, it was always important to me to lead with closeness – with an open ear for our teams, in the real dialogue with our partners: inside and with consistent focus on what moves our consumers: I am all the more pleased that with Linda there is a leadership that shares this attitude – clearly in the orientation, open in cooperation and with a fine feeling for what our markets, Partner: inside, consumer: and last but not least our employees – need “

Details on the successor of Linda Hoeck in her previous role will be announced in due course.
