European countries remain cautious with commitments about the use of troops in Ukraine after a peace agreement with Russia. Defense ministers of the Coalition of the Willing will continue to speak on Thursday at the NATO headquarters about the plans for what is now called a ‘reassuring power’. Minister Ruben Brekelmans (Defense) says on arrival that he does not expect any big decisions: “It is mainly a follow -up interview.”
