The 40-year-old suspect of attempted murder of a 35-year-old man from the quarry can go home next week. The man from Zuidlaren must adhere to conditions such as a location and contact ban, and he also gets an ankle band. The judge decided that during an introductory session. The substantive handling of the case is in August.
The man has now been stuck for a stab incident on 1 September for half a year, around half past eight in the evening. The Public Prosecution Service (OM) reproaches the man for high speed at the victim with his car and stabbed with a knife in shoulder, back and chin. The victim was seriously injured to the hospital.
The OM is based on attempted murder because the man would have acted planned. In his phone his chat messages found in which he announced that he would do something about the victim. The OM also believes that the chance of repetition is present. All that makes it too risky to release the man.
