The police have arrested five minors who are suspected of hitting and squeezing in the rear of random passers -by in Meppel.
In the past period, the police received several reports from pedestrians, runners and also a cyclist who had been beaten from behind or squeezed by young people on a fatbike.
The incidents took place on the south side of Meppel. There were spoken with victims and witnesses, and camera images were investigated.
That led to the five minors from Meppel. They have been arrested, heard and now released. They remain suspects.
