MartinaHow were the beginnings of your entrepreneurship?

Vesta is a vermouth that was born in 2020 in full pandemic. Just as many experienced with mother dough, I started to make vermouth at home. Vesta is the Roman goddess of fire and home, and represents in its entirety the beginnings of this brand. I worked as a cook in a restaurant, when the pandemic pushed me to explore the world of drinks. From the house kitchen I began to mix spices, seeds, yuyos and wines to find the recipes that are currently named Vesta on their label.

What are its varieties?

Vesta is made with Cafayate wines and has two varieties: Rosso, the sweet, classic vermouth, with spices that make it a classic appetizer. And the white, semi -style, very balanced and fresh for the sunny days or for a good Dry Martini.

What are your differentials in the field?

Vesta has two important qualities: it has a very aromatic profile; Both versions have a strong load of botanists and, on the other hand, they retain the expression of the wines, which in this case are from Salta. Wine is the basis of every vermouth (minimum of 75% of its entirety) and I like that its character is not lost, that its presence convuls with the botanical profile.

What projects have ahead?

The brand has been growing for five years, now it’s time to focus on reaching other parts of the country and continuing to educate the palate of those who do not know the vermouth. Vesta is mostly achieved in restaurants, specialty coffees, pizzerias and bars. It is time to reach more wine and retail sale.
