Markus Dieckmann was appointed Chief Human Resource Officer (Chro), as the team sports company based in Satteldorf announced on Monday. In his new role, which he takes on in addition to his previous position as General Manager Indoor, Dieckmann will be responsible for the HR strategy of the group. The focus should be on strengthening corporate culture, talent development and organizational growth.
With Dieckmann, the group relies on a long -time companion at the head of the HR department. The designated Chro has been working in various functions for the company for over 17 years. He succeeds Christine Steinherr, who switched from Adidas in Herzogenaurach to 11teamsports in August 2024. According to her profile on the LinkedIn career network, however, she was only active in this function until February 2025 – around seven months.
