Thomas Müller spoke up – and clearly contradicted rumors about a tense relationship with FC Bayern. In a video published on Instagram, the 35-year-old explained: “There is nothing negative between me and the club, we look ahead and are full on one track.”
Müller, who does not receive a new contract after 17 years in the Munich professional squad, was trying to direct the focus on the sporting goal. Although he wanted another end, he emphasized the “common goals and common interests” with the club-especially with a view to the Champions League final, which takes place on May 31 in Munich.
Before the quarter-final first leg against Inter Milan on Tuesday (from 9 p.m. in the T-Online Live Tickier), Müller looks great.
