At the end of last year, around 400 people worked at Soliver in Rumbeke. They make car windows for trucks and luxury cars. The former family business was taken over years ago by a foreign group that fell into financial trouble.
After an intensive search, a transferee has now been found, lawyer Yves François confirms. Who that is will only be announced later. For the time being it is also unclear what the concrete consequences are for each of the three branches.
