9,500 euros fine: Fat Comedy did not appear at the court case

The fat comedian, who became famous for his slap in the face in the media, should have spoken out about some of his misdeeds.

The self-titled comedian Fat Comedy was actually supposed to appear at the Wuppertal district court on Tuesday, February 5th to answer in relation to a drug offense and an outstanding criminal warrant. But the 24-year-old, who was already in the media two years ago because of a slap he gave Oliver Pocher, did not appear. His absence will probably cost him a lot.

Driving without a license and under the influence of drugs

According to the public prosecutor’s office, Giuseppe Sumrain, Fat Comedy’s real name, was driving under the influence of drugs and without a license. Drugs were also found on him. A fine of 9,500 euros was negotiated for this, which Sumrain objected to.

However, because he did not appear as a defendant at this court case, Judge Sumrain stipulated that he had to pay the entire amount finally. The objection was therefore not upheld.

Expensive slap in the face

Fat Comedy became best known for the Oliver Pocher slap in the face in Dortmund’s Westfalenhalle 2022, for which he was fined 50,000 euros. There are countless videos of the incident circulating on the Internet, showing him unexpectedly hitting Pocher in the face.
