But now that the bankrupt restaurant chain after the restart has turned up again, we invited the former star chef for a pleasant afternoon dining. He tastes six house classics, including the Vol-au-vent and the balls in tomato sauce. Although this blind date turns out not to be undivided success: “Even with a lower bar, I can only call two of the six tasted dishes ‘correct tasty’.”
