80% of Open Monument Day tickets go out

In total, around 800 free activities will be organized throughout Flanders on Sunday. More than 620 of these are freely accessible. For the 180 other activities, visitors have to book in advance and those reservations go in very quickly. 80% of the available places have already been taken.

For example, all places for the joinery walk in Bruges were booked within 5 minutes. No one can join anymore for the Belle Epoque walks in Blankenbergen.

Late decision makers can still go to the many freely accessible activities. Flemish Minister for Immovable Heritage Matthias Diependaele is also planning a number of visits.
