A photo depicting American rapper 50 Cent with a surgeon at a beauty clinic has now surfaced as promotional material for penis enlargements. Much to the anger of the rapper who takes the clinic to court.
50 Cent is suing plastic surgeon Angela Kogan and her companies Perfection Plastic Surgery and MedSpa for continuing to distribute the old photo, at the very least suggesting he himself went under the knife. “I have never been a client of this clinic and have never had plastic surgery,” said the rapper.
According to the court papers, owned by entertainment site TMZ, 50 Cent says he will be dating Dr. Kogan took the picture because he thought she was a fan of his. Since then, the photo has been used as promotional material on social media. Last month, however, things took an even more troubling turn when The Shade Room ran a story about Dr. Kogan and the rise of penis enlargements, using the same photo. The article and the photo in question have since been removed from the website.
According to 50 Cent, he filed the lawsuit to protect his image. He is demanding compensation and rectification. Kogan and MedSpa have so far declined to comment on the case, TMZ reports.
