40 percent of Russian refineries shut down: Putin does not benefit from higher oil prices

As the world watches drone strikes in the Middle East, something similar is happening over Russia. Almost every night, Ukrainian drones buzz towards Russian oil refineries, ports and pipelines: low, fast and increasingly hitting targets. And tonight another direct hit. The result: as much as 40 percent of Russia’s oil export capacity is temporarily shut down.
