From Dortmund to Kaiserslautern

FC Bayern Munich is a German champion, Bayer Leverkusen moves into the premier class in second and VfL Bochum and Holstein Kiel descends into the second class. These decisions were made before the Bundesliga matchday 34.
Everything else is still open. There are three candidates for two places in the Champions League and a remote duel around Conference League rank six. The relegation participants are sought in both leagues.
Champions League
After Bavaria and Bayer, two more tickets for the premier class have to be awarded. Eintracht Frankfurt (57 points, +20 goals) and SC Freiburg (55 points, -2 goals) have the best starting position, but play against each other on Saturday (3:30 p.m./Sky). Borussia Dortmund (54 points, +17 goals) lurks behind it and also has the ticket in his own hand.
Eintracht Frankfurt reaches the Champions League:
– in a victory or draw at SC Freiburg
– In a defeat in Freiburg if Dortmund does not win against Kiel
– In a defeat with a goal difference in Freiburg
SC Freiburg reaches the Champions League:
– in a victory against Frankfurt
– In a draw against Frankfurt if Dortmund does not win against Kiel
– in a defeat against Frankfurt when Dortmund loses against Kiel
Borussia Dortmund reaches the Champions League:
– In a win with three goals difference against Kiel
– in a victory against Kiel if Freiburg does not win against Frankfurt
– In a win against Kiel when Frankfurt loses in Freiburg and Dortmund catches up for the three hits poorer goal difference
– In a draw against Kiel when Freiburg loses against Frankfurt
Special case: In the event of a defeat of Eintracht and a Dortmund victory, both clubs could have the same number of points and the same goal difference (+18 or +19). In this case, the more shot goals count, here the BVB (68) currently has a lead over Frankfurt (65).
Europa League
Two clubs will represent the Bundesliga in the Europa League next year. The league fifth and the DFB Cup winner, which will be determined on May 24th in Berlin between VfB Stuttgart and second division promoted Arminia Bielefeld. If Dortmund walks at least one point against Kiel, the fifth comes from the above -mentioned trio. The 1st FSV Mainz 05 (51 points, +12 goals) and RB Leipzig (51 points, +6 goals) still have chances for fifth place, but would have to catch up three points and five (Mainz) or eleven goals (Leipzig) on Dortmund.
Conference League
Dortmund, Mainz, Leipzig and Werder Bremen (48 points, -6 goals) come into question arithmetically. Bremen’s opportunities are theoretical nature in view of three points and 18 goals behind Mainz. Instead, Mainz and Leipzig should deliver a remote duel.
Mainz 05 reaches the Conference League:
– in a victory against Leverkusen if Leipzig does not catch up with the six goals worse goal difference in a win
– In a draw against Leverkusen if Leipzig does not win against Stuttgart
– In a defeat against Leverkusen, when Leipzig loses against Stuttgart and does not catch up with the six goals worse goal difference
RB Leipzig reaches the Conference League:
– In a victory against Stuttgart, if Mainz does not win against Leverkusen
– In a victory against Stuttgart, when Mainz wins against Leverkusen and loses the goal difference better for six goals
– In a draw against Stuttgart when Mainz loses against Leverkusen
– In a defeat against Stuttgart, when Mainz loses against Leverkusen and lost the goal difference between six goals
Relegation participants from the Bundesliga
For the Bundesliga, either FC St. Pauli (32 points, -11 goals), TSG Hoffenheim (32 points, -18 goals) or 1. FC Heidenheim (29 points, -24 goals) will go into the relegation. St. Pauli should keep the class directly in view of a cushion of three points and 13 goals on Heidenheim and a home game against VfL Bochum.
The 1. FC Heidenheim has to go to the relegation:
– with a draw or a defeat against Werder Bremen
– In a victory against Werder Bremen, if Hoffenheim gets at least one point against Bavaria
– in a victory against Werder Bremen when Hoffenheim loses against Bavaria and does not lose the goal difference that is better for six goals
TSG Hoffenheim has to go to the relegation:
– In a Heidenheim victory against Bremen, when Hoffenheim loses against Bavaria and loses the goal difference better for six goals.
Bundesliga promotion
Hamburger SV is no longer suppressed by one of the first two places and returns to the Bundesliga. The 1. FC Köln (58 points, +11 goals), SV Elversberg (55 points, +26 goals) and SC Paderborn (55 points, +13 goals) play the second promoted team.
The 1. FC Köln rises to the Bundesliga:
– In a victory or draw on Sunday (3:30 p.m./Sky) against Kaiserslautern
– In a defeat against Kaiserslautern, if neither Elversberg nor Paderborn win
SV Elversberg climbs into the Bundesliga:
– in a victory at Schalke and a Cologne defeat against Kaiserslautern. Theoretical nature is theoretical that Paderborn in his own victory at Karlsruher SC catches up with the 13 goals poorer goal difference compared to Elversberg.
The SC Paderborn rises to the Bundesliga:
– In a win in Karlsruhe, when Elversberg does not win on Schalke at the same time and loses Cologne against Kaiserslautern.
Relegation participants from the 2nd Bundesliga
In addition to the above -mentioned Cologne, Elversberg and Paderborn, there are also chances for Fortuna Düsseldorf (53 points, +7 goals) and 1. FC Kaiserslautern (53 points, +5 goals). In addition to his own victory in Magdeburg, Düsseldorf would have to hope for defeats of Elversberg and Paderborn. Kaiserslautern has to win in Cologne, needs defeats of Elversberg and Paderborn and would also have to pass the two goals better fortuna.
