The housing association is selling three apartments on the Hogerop street in the Stadshart. You get 25 percent on the appraisal value, so the homes are attractively priced. Vidomes does, however, impose a number of conditions on the buyer.

Vidomes sells the apartments as Koopgarant homes, which means that you benefit from the purchase discount, but you are obliged to sell the home to Vidomes in the future.

The similarities
