The police arrested a total of 26 people at a protest against emergency shelter for asylum seekers in Apeldoorn. Demonstrators on Saturday evening pelted the police with fireworks, obstructed traffic and attacked a vehicle, the police summarized. A 58-year-old man from Apeldoorn was arrested for assaulting a municipal boa.
