RRome, June 1st. (askanews) – The President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella also came down to greet the guests present at the Quirinale Gardens for the opening on the occasion of Republic Day.
As the first event of the celebrations of80th anniversaryon 2 June, the Gardens were opened to the vulnerable sections of the population involved by invitation (by the Federations and national associations of the Third Sector and by Roma Capitale).
Guests were able to attend performances by the Interforce Band, the Choir of the National Alpini Association and the Jazz Campus Orchestra of the Casa del Jazz in Rome.
