A major explosion has occurred in an apartment complex in Berlin, the Berliner Zeitung and Der Spiegel report. The explosion caused a fire and dozens of residents suffered smoke inhalation. Thirteen of them had to go to hospital. One person was seriously injured by the explosion itself.
