Finally, after three years, the DFB Cup final in the Olympic Stadium again – it was pure suspense right up to the last minute. And especially for the little winners of our raffle.
Together with Volkswagen, BZ had raffled off a place in the junior escort for 12 children. They were allowed to enter the stadium alongside a soccer player.
Mika Rambow (9) from Dallgow-Döberitz has often been to the Olympic Stadium with his father – on the stands. Now he says: “I was very excited because the stadium is much bigger inside than I thought.”
He was allowed to go onto the field alongside Freiburg kicker Philipp Lienhart. Mika: “I cheered for his team the whole time and was really sad that they lost.”
Sarina Kretschmer (8) from Nuthetal was happy about the result (2:4 after penalties): “I ran in with the Leipzig goalkeeper. I had goosebumps everywhere. That was so cool!”
