The driver of a moped was slightly injured after an accident on the Berglandweg in Tilburg. The man crashed his car into a road narrowing. Bystanders helped him out of his car. The man suffered a painful arm from the accident, but did not have to go to hospital.
The fire brigade was also called because the car appeared to be on fire. This turned out not to be the case on the spot. But when the fire brigade had left and the car was towed, the moped started smoking.
The fire brigade returned again and discovered that sound insulation cladding in the engine compartment was on fire. The fire has been extinguished.
