The man who hung upside down yesterday in a fence in a firebreak on the Evert Spoorwaterstraat in Breda seemed to be under the influence of alcohol. A police spokeswoman reports this this morning. There were various bottles around the man. The fire brigade released the man from the fence. He was checked in the hospital. How the man ended up in the fence is not clear to the police.
