The residents of a house on Gerlachusstraat in Loon op Zand were surprised by a burglar last night when they came home after an evening of babysitting. The woman was knocked over by the burglar when she opened the door. She warned her husband, who was busy parking the car, but he could not identify the burglar. Officers saw the suspect driving on Van Grevenbrouckstraat a little later and arrested him there. It concerns a 24-year-old man from Loon op Zand. During his arrest he cursed an officer.
