There was a chase in Rijsbergen yesterday. A 23-year-old man from Zundert was arrested. He ignored the police stop sign and turned out to have items in his car to break into. The man was arrested for driving without a license, causing danger on the road and transporting inberkers stuff. His car has been seized.
“For a moment, people were afraid of the same incident as last week, but fortunately it did not have to come to that,” the police said. Last week there was a manhunt for three armed robbers in Rijsbergen. The communication system of the police then went wrong, so that dozens of officers did not know what to do.
