Officers in Helmond had to blink twice last night when they saw a motorist swinging across the Stiphoutse Dreef. The man smoked hookah behind the wheel.
The man had put the water pipe behind the passenger seat. “The driver was unaware of any harm. According to the driver, smoking a water pipe would not affect driving skills,” writes the Helmond police in a message on Instagram.
The driver got away with a warning after putting out the still-burning water pipe.
