After the discovery of a body in the search for the missing Silvana, the investigation at the site, a forest area between Vessem and Veldhoven, has continued. According to the police, the investigation should provide ‘more clarity about the circumstances’.
Silvana disappeared last Saturday. The police arrested her 41-year-old ex-boyfriend shortly after she went missing. On Tuesday, the examining magistrate extended this man’s pre-trial detention by fourteen days. Justice suspects him of murdering Silvana.
