A man in Oosterhout was caught with burglary paraphernalia on Thursday night. A resident had seen the man sitting on his knees on the street in the rain and heard him snoring. He thought that was crazy, so he called the police. When the officers arrived, the man stood up. But officers saw a crowbar sticking out of his sleeve.
When the officers searched the man – an acquaintance of the police – officers found even more burglary paraphernalia. The man received a ticket and was asked to leave the area.
