Due to several signales, considerably fewer trains run this morning. The timetable is limited between Schiphol and Rotterdam Central and between Schiphol and Amersfoort Centraal. Fewer sprinters also run between Amsterdam Central and Almere.
In addition, a defective train causes delays on the route between Weesp and Almere, where the number of trains has been considerably reduced.
The Dutch Railways expect the nuisance to be at its peak around 8.45 am. Most problems are expected to be resolved around 10.15 am.
