Guns N’Roses will release on Friday 11/11. a reissue of their third and fourth albums as Use Your Illusion I+II. In addition to many live recordings, the box set also contains a complete recording of the concert in New York’s Ritz Theater on May 16, 1991. The concert film “Guns N’ Roses Live In New York” will be shown in selected cinemas worldwide to accompany the release.
The German screening of the concert film will take place on Thursday, November 10th at the Cinestar CUBIX in Berlin. Additional bonus material for “Use your Illusion I+II” will also be shown. ROLLING STONE is giving away 2 cinema tickets 10 times.
“Use Your Illusion I” and “Use Your Illusion II” were released on the same day in 1991. The new edition is available in various configurations, the largest 7 CD or 12 LP versions contain a total of 97 tracks and a Blu-ray with the complete live recording from the Ritz Theatre. The re-release also includes a new version of the single “November Rain” with the string samples replaced with a real orchestra.
