1. New signing: Erzgebirge Aue brings Felix Göttlicher from SpVggUnterhaching

TM information

Erzgebirge Aue has fixed the first newcomer for the coming season. According to information from Transfermarkt, the second division team, which is threatened with relegation, committed Felix Göttlicher from SpVgg Unterhaching. The 20-year-old will be at the stadium for the home game of the bottom team against Hannover 96 on Saturday and will be signing his contract there, which is independent of the league.

Göttlicher was one of the regulars at the Bavarian regional league in the early stages of this season, but was last used in November. The two-footed defender was suspended for not wanting to extend his expiring contract. “There were no conversations with me. From now on – and that was also the case last year – I was simply sent a contract and presented without informing me beforehand and showing me a sporting plan,” explained Göttlicher in the TM interview.

Unlike his current employer, he is now moving up a league. In view of Aue’s current table situation, it is unlikely that there will even be two classes. Before the match day, the gap to the saving shore was twelve points (to the table).
