The Joseph Hungbo chapter will soon be over for the second division team 1. FC Nürnberg. According to Transfermarkt information, the 24-year-old winger, who was last loaned out to Rotherham United, is moving to another team in League One, the English 3rd division: Wigan Athletic. The Franconians will receive a transfer fee of around 350,000 euros for the London native, who is under contract until the end of the season.
The loan agreement with Rotherham is terminated. Hungbo was unable to assert himself decisively with the Millers and only played 736 minutes in 18 appearances. After his 280,000 euro transfer from FC Watford to Nuremberg, he played 17 times for the club and remained without a scorer.
