Just a few months after signing his first professional contract, 1. FC Heidenheim has provided youngster Adam Kölle with a new working document. The 19-year-old central defender, whose contract was originally due to expire next summer, is now tied until 2029. Kölle has been with the club since 2022 and made his debut for the professionals in September, for whom he has appeared four times so far.

“Since his move from the HARTMANN Youth Performance Center to the professionals, Adam has fit perfectly into the team and has already developed both athletically and personally in this short time. The performances he has shown so far in training and in games confirm the great potential we see in him. We are therefore very pleased that we will continue our shared path with him in the long term,” said CEO Holger Sanwald.

Kölle added: “I am very grateful to those responsible for their trust and am pleased that I was offered a contract extension after such a short time in the professional squad. I feel really comfortable at FCH and it makes me proud to be able to be part of this team in the next few years.”
