HV Volendam did good business tonight in the BENE League when they visited Hubo. Geert Hinksens’ team won convincingly 32-36 in Hasselt, Belgium.
Aalsmeer also had to play in Belgium. The score was 27-27 against Pelt. Aalsmeer was still ahead by a goal in the final phase, but saw the home team come alongside in the last minute.
After two defeats and a victory, tonight’s draw meant Aalsmeer’s third point in this edition of the BENE League. Volendam has started the competition better and has already won three of its four matches.
