The Village Theater TOWN in Neck wants to attract more visitors from outside the village. The theater has been around for almost a year and a half and every month there is a performance by a cabaret artist. Because Neck is not that big, the volunteers who run the theater try to fill the room by looking outside the village.
The hardworking volunteers are six strong plus someone who takes care of the graphic design. Taking time off from work to prepare for a theater evening is seen as quite normal here. It is generally going well, although the room could be full more often. Chairman Simon Veldboer does have a special idea for this, as can be seen in the above report.
