Valtteri Pulli continues his career in Switzerland.

Finnish defender Valtteri Pulli moves to the ranks of HC Lugano, who plays in the Swiss premier league, the club informs on its website.
Pulli, 23, moves to Lugano from the organization of the NHL club San Jose Sharks. Pulli’s contract is valid for the rest of the season.
– He is big and skates well. We are sure he will add value to our defense, Lugano GM Hnat Domencihelli said in the release.
Pulli moved to the Sharks organization for the 2023–2024 season, when he signed a two-year contract with the club. Last season, he played 59 AHL games for the San Jose Barracuda and scored 3+7 power points. This season, he has cooled off in the AHL rink in only two games. Pulli has not played a single NHL game.
The 198-centimeter Pulli joined the Leijoni team before leaving Turku Palloseura to join the Sharks.
