In this four-episode true crime, Jon Imanol Sapieha Candela, alias Sapo, narrates in first person his story and the details of his most famous hits: the robberies at a bank branch in Yecla and at Esther Koplowitz’s home in Madrid- as well as his role in the negotiation with the hijackers of the Alakrana ship. The documentary also shows Sapo’s African residence and includes the testimonies of those affected by his beatings, lawyers and police officers who tried to capture him for years.
