With the series tied at one win after the first two games at the WiZink CenterClub Joventut Badalona wants to take advantage of the Olympic factor to get ahead again in the semifinals against Real Madrid (Saturday, 6:30 p.m.) on a day where the Palau Olímpic is expected to be practically full.

Pep Busquets believes that to win, they must take a step forward, especially physically: “We have to match Madrid’s physical level in the second game and focus on our basketball”, said the young green-and-black player.
“We must play our game, not engage in decisions that do not depend on us. We have to try to play a game where we connect with the Olímpic, because it will help us a lot to take a step forward to win at Madrid.”
Joventut comes from playing great basketball in Madrid, and Busquets is confident in the team’s ability to close the series at the Olímpic: “We did the work in Madrid”, Busquets acknowledged with satisfaction.
“It wasn’t 10 because we didn’t get the 0-2 that we would have wanted, but getting a victory in WiZink is very difficult and we did a job well done and we’re happy. TWe are confident that playing at home, where we feel very good with the support of our people, we can win both games,” he concluded.
