Inflation for food continues to be clearly felt in our wallets. No less than 95 percent of Belgians say that their shopping cart has become more expensive, according to De Grote Peiling, which is polling our shopping intentions for the second time. In Brussels it is 89 percent. 3 out of 4 also indicate that they buy white products, the cheapest group of house brands, more often in order to lower the price.
