Spain’s King Felipe nominates conservative Alberto Núñez Feijóo as the new prime minister in parliament. Feijóo’s right-wing Partido Popular (PP) won the elections last month, but failed to secure a majority, so the left bloc still harbors hopes of continuing to govern. Parliament will now vote on whether Feijóo will indeed become Spain’s prime minister.
