Relaunch with “House Of Football”

Contact with the association came about through Walter’s advisor. “I guess I was one of several candidates. Of course it’s great that the DFB has chosen me,” said the FC Denzlingen midfielder. “I’m a passionate soccer player offline, but also online. The partnership with the DFB offers me the perfect hybrid opportunity to realize myself as a content creator in eFootball while remaining true to myself and my creativity through a lot of freedom. As a big football fan, player on the pitch and on the console, I hope to reinvent many exciting topics together with the DFB and thus continue to inspire and expand the community.”

In addition to well-known “eFootball” content such as the DFB ePokal, which includes other new competitions such as the 3rd league or a women soccertournament are to be added, the offline world should also come into focus in the future. “First of all, it fills me with pride to be able to represent the DFB as a content creator. That’s absolutely awesome, isn’t it?” Walter said happily. “It will be a very intense time with a lot of content: from the national team to popular sport and FIFA. I’m just really up for it.” The start is the final of the DFB-ePokal in Berlin next weekend. “I definitely want to win this with my team B360esports/Denzlingen. I’m proud that we made it to the final tournament. There will also be a few TV appearances throughout the weekend.”
For Walter personally, it is now a matter of reconciling his roles as a footballer, e-sportsman, DFB employee and student. “My life is already quite structured. My daily routine consists of football training on the field, units in the gym, studying for the university, my twitch streams and FIFA training – plus a lot about the DFB in the future,” he explained and added with a smile: “We keep grinding.”
