Drivers in Berlin must expect some traffic jams and restrictions both now and in the next few days.

As the Berlin traffic information center announced on Twitter, delays of around 15 minutes are currently to be expected when driving on the B2 from the city limits towards the city centre. From 7 a.m. there would also be closures on Prenzlauer Allee and Potsdamer Chaussee due to construction work.

An access road will be built on Prenzlauer Allee, near Christburger Strasse. By the middle of next week, only one lane will be free out of town, according to the traffic information center on Twitter.

The Potsdamer Chaussee will only be one-lane in both directions at Von-der-Luck-Straße until Thursday.

The reason is construction work to repair the road, as the traffic information center tweeted.
