The evacuation of civilians from Kramatorsk, eastern Ukraine, continued on Saturday, fearing a major Russian offensive. Russia and Ukraine also agreed on ten other evacuation routes. The Ukrainian government is urging residents to use a specially created website to collect information about alleged war crimes committed by Russia since its invasion of Ukraine.
