According to the province of Overijssel, it is almost impossible to find out in sixteen weeks exactly how much acidifying ammonia and nitrogen has been emitted at eight dairy farms in and around Zwolle over the past 28 years. Because that order was previously given to the province by the Overijssel court in Zwolle.
