The NFL game between the Indianapolis Colts and the Atlanta Falcons (31:25 after overtime) in Berlin’s Olympic Stadium in November 2025 in front of 72,203 spectators was an economic success for the city and country. This is the result of an impact study.
According to the study carried out by The Sports Consultancy, a consulting firm specializing in cooperation with cities, the game generated an overall economic impact of 74.3 million euros for the city and state of Berlin.
NFL fans in Berlin spent an average of 373 euros per day. The game was watched on TV by 8.0 million fans worldwide. The three-day football festival “NFL Experience Berlin” at the Brandenburg Gate attracted more than 30,000 people.
