The United Nations (UN) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) are allowed to investigate the attack on a detention camp in the eastern Ukraine region of Donetsk earlier this week. The Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Saturday evening that it had invited experts from the organizations “with the aim of conducting an objective investigation”.
