A video has been leaked in Russia of Lieutenant General Aleksandr Matovnikov (57) dancing naked for an unknown, but perhaps intimate connection. Matovnikov is the deputy chief of the army who would currently be responsible for all Russian troops in Belarus. The leak comes a few days after it was announced that a Russian spy plane in Belarus was destroyed by a sabotage action.
