Heule is the first district of Kortrijk where the street lighting will soon be back on. This is also where the lights went out first during the energy crisis, from Sunday to Thursday. By mid-December, all more than 16,000 light points must be on again at all times, more than 3,000 of which have never been turned off because they were lighting at important or dangerous points.
