Hertha BSC receives a fine

The sports court of the German Football Association (DFB) has fined Bundesliga club Hertha BSC a total of 24,000 euros for two cases of unsportsmanlike behavior by its supporters.

During the cup game at Eintracht Braunschweig on July 31 (9:10 a.e.t.) and the Bundesliga game at Borussia Mönchengladbach on August 19 (0:1), Hertha fans burned Bengali fires and smoke pots.

The club has approved the two judgments, they are therefore legally binding.
