Christian Kammann is back at Engelhorn and takes over the position of Head of Buying.
Kammann will be active in this role from March, the Mannheim fashion house confirmed to FashionUnited. The specialist magazine Textilwirtschaft had previously reported on the personnel. He succeeds Klaus-Peter Rahn, who, according to his Xing profile, has been with the company since November 2016. As Head of Buying, Kammann is in charge of purchasing for the sports sector and in the fashion segment for menswear, children’s clothing, underwear and stockings.
Meanwhile, shopping for fashion and sports in e-commerce is being merged. As before, the luxury buyers will report directly to Armin Weger, Managing Director of Fashion and Sport.
