The death toll as a result of the dramatic Halloween festivities in the South Korean capital Seoul continues to rise. At least 151 people were killed on Saturday when a huge crowd in the central Itaewon entertainment district was crushed during the Halloween celebration. Most of the victims were women in their twenties.
